Our dedicated and experienced Colleagues continuously pride themselves on the level of support that is offered to all our Customers. At Lynx Innovation we firmly believe that the initial delivery of the finished product is just the beginning of the Supply Relationship.

Our dedicated Technical Support Team are available via an 800 number to answer all technical enquiries and the dispatch of RMA items and replacement parts.

All projects are assigned a dedicated Project Manager to ensure the complete process from concept to delivery meets our Customers expectations. It is the Project Manager’s function to work alongside all Colleagues involved in the delivery of the finished product or solution.

Lynx Innovation can also provide the added service of consolidation and dispatch of third party products. Often our Customers require a central point where products for a project can be supplied by multiple vendors for consolidation, kitting, packing and dispatching according their individual requirements or store delivery schedule. We offer competitive rates for handling and warehouse storage.
